Hello all - I realise I am an extremely lazy person and have not updated since... a month tomorrow! And because I am so lazy I'm going to share with you some Lookbook finds and my reading list because I'm too lazy to go out and take my own pictures. But I will do soon. Because the exciting opportunity finally arrived in the post, all the way from Los Angeles.
Books Time!
Hmm maybe I should make this a theme. With a slightly less shit title.
At the moment I'm reading Jane Eyre, and not because I have an English Literature exam fast approaching (CRAP), because I just really wanted to read it. It's a good book. I've got a really old copy (the same as the one pictures above) and it's got all my aunt's scribblings in it from when she studied it at University. Erin told me that Just Kids by Patti Smith is really good, and it does seem interesting, and when its £4 from HMV, who can really argue? And lastly, Mrs Dalloway by Virginia Woolf. I haven't read anything by ol' VW yet, so I thought I'd give this a try, judging purely on the blub. Also just finished reading Cat On A Hot Tin Roof by Tennessee Williams (he's brilliant, read A Streetcar Named Desire) and Breakfast at Tiffany's by Truman Capote. That's a really quick and easy read, read it in a day, and the ending is different to the film, so if you liked the film... definitely give it a read. ;)
WOOOO English Lit nerd section OVER. Time to read some stuff I actually have an exam on...
